On Site Hourly Rate is 75/HR Min. 1 Hour.
(General Support/Troubleshooting).
We don't believe in fine print and you won't find any!  Our pricing is extremely competetive and in most cases we can fix our clients computer problems within 1-2 hours On Site.

Data Recovery starts at only 99.00 for Pictures/Documents up to 10GB.
We have a recovery success rate of approx 80%. Many clients are amazed that we have been able to retrieve data that others have said was impossible to do! However, if we are unable to retrieve any data a flat fee of 39$ will be charged.

Data Recovery and Advanced Forensics is a unique process and in most cases the pricing will be reflective on the time spent and data that is recovered. In extreme cases of large data or critical recoveries we will always give a quote for the estimated cost and generally we provide our clients with a very good indicator so there is no surprises.

Bundled Pricing is a great way to utilise  our On Site service.

Remote Support pricing starts at 45$/Incident
